Punishment of the crime

To the extent that there is no substantial disadvantage in exercising the Defendants’ right of defense, some of the facts charged in the indictment was revised.

Despite the fact that both the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesophopons (copon, hereinafter “copons”), as follows:

1. The defendants' importation of philophones

A. On April 2015, the Defendants purchased a penphone from the seller of a philopon contained in a vinyl in the name-free apartment in the red-ro melting of the Sinyang-si, China, and conspired to take the remaining philopon into the Republic of Korea along with bringing it to the Republic of Korea.

The Defendants, along with the Defendants, arrived at the Incheon 1 International Passenger Terminal located in the middle-gu Incheon Port on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to import approximately 1g of philophones.
