1. Medical practice conducted by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) during the period from January 16, 2015 to April 30, 2015.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts
