1. The defendant is either the money recorded in the "total claim amount" column of the "total claim amount" as shown in attached Form 3 to the plaintiffs, and each of the above money.
Reasons
. In the case of ordinary wages and average wages under the Labor Standards Act are defined as follows:
1. Ordinary wages means the basic annual salary out of an annual salary;
2. The standards for calculation of average wages shall apply mutatis mutandis to the calculation of basic salary, job salary, and performance-based incentives shall be deemed basic salary, job-based salary, and performance-based incentives;
Article 8 (Operation of Annual Salary System) (2) The job-based annual salary shall be paid in accordance with the operating standards under attached Table 1-2.
(1) The public officials of Grade A (Grade I) of the former-grade Class B of the annual salary (Grade I) shall be comprised of the head of the high-class department (Grade I), 10,725,00 won 9,125,000 won head office (class II), the head of the department of the branch office (class II), the head of the head office (class II), 577,000 won 9,577,000 won - the head office (class II) of the branch office (class II), the head of the 7,077,000 won for the head office (class II), the head office of the 3rd class B of the branch office (class II), the head office of the 1,07,00 won for the head office and the head office of the 2nd class of the 3rd class of the annual salary for the head office (class II of the 1,07,00 won for the head office of the branch office, and the employees of Grade II of the 1) who are paid the 2nd of the annual salary for the class*.

530% to 630% of the standard payment rate of the former portion of the tax base of the Gu (determined according to the results of the management evaluation of president and the profits from external sales) shall be 350% of the monthly basic annual salary when the results of the evaluation are determined after advance payment.
