Article 17 (Retirement Benefits) (1) The payment of retirement benefits accrued after the date when this annual salary system was introduced shall be based on the standards for calculation of average wages after converting them into the annual salary system.

(2) The methods of calculating average wages and payment rate of retirement allowances shall apply mutatis mutandis to remuneration regulations.
