A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the above fine is not paid, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A theft Defendant: (a) around April 30, 2018, around 07:02, on the road front Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu), Dan removed the E-wheeled Vehicle Number plates of the said motor device bicycle, and stolen it.

2. On April 30, 2018, around 08:30 on April 30, 2018, the Defendant, who violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally uses public marks, posted a stolen E number plate, such as the foregoing 1, for the purpose of operating a bicycle with a vehicle numberless motor device owned by the Defendant, in front of G transfer officials located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. On May 2, 2018, the Defendant operated an engine device with a number plate attached as referred to in the above paragraph (2) without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from approximately 250 meters to the G transfer pipe in front of the G transfer pipe located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from the day before the I shop located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, around 14:27 on the same day from May 2, 2018.

In addition, from the above day to May 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used four times in total as indicated in the attached list of crimes; and (b) operated a bicycle without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license.
