Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

피고인은 2012. 10. 12. 11:15경 서울 은평구 B건물 주차관리소에서 술에 취해 잠을 자고 있던 중, 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울은평경찰서 C지구대 소속 경장 D이 피고인에게 “여기서 주무시면 안 됩니다, 나가 주세요.”라고 말하면서 피고인을 깨우자, 이에 화가 나 위 주차관리소 소장 등 직원 4명이 보고 있는 가운데 피해자 D을 향해 “이 새끼야 넌 꺼져, 나가 있어, 내가 있을만 하니깐 있는 거야, 이 새끼야!”라고 소리치고, 이에 같은 지구대 소속 경위 E이 피고인을 제지하자 피해자 E을 향해 “이 새끼야 뭘 나보고 그래 넌 좆 까지마!”라고 소리쳐 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
