1. The Defendant is a person engaged in food delivery and collection in Chinese restaurant “E” operated by the victim D in both weeks from August 10, 2012 to March 13, 2012.

At around 19:00 on August 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was engaged in the business of delivering food to customers who are unable to know their names in the luminous area in Yangju-si; and (b) 300,000 won of the collected money for the victim; (c) around that time, the Defendant arbitrarily consumed and embezzled online gambling games for personal purposes, such as online gambling games, etc.

2. The Defendant, at around 11:00 on August 14, 2012, was employed in Chinese restaurant “H” operated by the victim G located in the Council city F, and was engaged in food delivery and collection business at that place.

around 14:00 on August 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was engaged in the business of delivering food to customers who are unable to know their names in a member of the Government Dong Dong-dong, Jung-gu; (b) was engaged in the business of storing KRW 200,000 for the victim; (c) around that time, the Defendant arbitrarily consumed and embezzled the food for personal purposes, such as living expenses, in the middle-gu, Seoul.

3. The Defendant, around 18:00 on August 14, 2012, employed in the Chinese restaurant “K” operated by the injured party J in the Sinsan-dong-dong-si I and has been engaged in the delivery and collection of food at a place from the following day.

On August 15, 2012, the Defendant embezzled, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) committed embezzlement, such as arbitrarily consuming the Internet gambling game expenses, etc. for personal use in the middle-gu Seoul Central District, Jungdong-gu, Seoul; (b) on August 15, 2012, he/she provided food to customers whose names cannot be known at the members of the Japan-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; and (c) provided loans equivalent to KRW 2.41,00,000 and KRW 30,000,000 won for the victim.

The Defendant of “2012 Highest 1393” is a person who has been engaged in the delivery and collection of food in Chinese restaurant “N” operated by M in the vicinity of Pyeongtaek-gun L from August 20, 2012 to August 23, 2012.
