1. Defendant A
A. At early 2008, Defendant A received the request from Defendant B, who operated H in G cafeteria at the early 2008 public city, to provide F University with food treatment equipment to F University. As above, Defendant A, by taking advantage of the status that he was able to exercise de facto influence over the employees belonging to F University and employees belonging to F University and employees belonging to each campus at F University, Defendant A offered to F University students and affiliated dietitians, F University N University administrative office, O, F University PP department administrative office, and Q in charge of accounting to purchase food treatment equipment from H, thereby allowing Defendant B to supply five food treatment equipment equivalent to the total market price of KRW 8,672,00,00 in total at F University.
Defendant
A received one check (R) in the name of the above company from Defendant B in order to provide food treatment equipment as above, and used 188,000 won from the Army Welfare Service Support Group around May 16, 2008, and received 5,403,700 won over 37 times from around that time to September 2008 as shown in the attached list of crimes. A completely monetary money from around 2008 to February 28, 2009.
