Reasons
Punishment of the crime
All facts (the prior relation) Defendant A admitted to the F University economics on March 1994, and joined the G of the Republic of Korea, which belongs to the Republic of Korea, and was engaged in activities from August 10, 1996.
8. From January 13, 1999 to May 25, 199, Defendant A was elected to the president of the Korean National Assembly on May 25, 199. At the same time, Defendant A was elected to the president of the Korean National Assembly of the 8th National Assembly of Korea on May 25, 199 at the same time as the chairperson of the Korean National Assembly of the South Korean National Assembly of the Republic of Korea on May 11, 200 to the end of 10th of 10th of the 201 South Korean National Assembly.
