A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On October 28, 2013, around 17:31 and October 13:29, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice on the website following the Internet, stating “Dyp pop-up pop-up 100,000 won per 30 days Han-do,” and attempted to sell penters (hereinafter “pop-up penters”) who are psychotropic drugs to many and unspecified persons who perused the above notice.

1. Around 16:00 on February 24, 2014, the Defendant, at the post office of the Gongju University located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, distributed the said posts to C at the post office gate 30 minutes, and received KRW 100,000 from C to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: D) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. Around 09:00 on April 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) delivered 30 square meters to the post office of the pertinent official university to the said C at the post office of the said official university; (b) received KRW 130,000 from C to the said agricultural bank account from around 09:24 on the same day, and traded pentter.

3. Around 09:00 on June 10, 2014, the Defendant, at the post office of the pertinent official university, delivered to the said C 30 square meters of pentter’s pentter’s pentter’s gate. On the same day, around 09:42, the Defendant received KRW 130,000 from C to the said agricultural bank’s account and traded pentter’s pentter’s gate.

4. Around 18:00 on July 29, 2014, the Defendant, at the post office of the pertinent official university, sent pentine 30 to E, who reported and contacted the posting of the above Internet at the post office of the said official university, and received KRW 120,000 from E to the said agricultural bank account on the same day and traded pentine 30.42 on the same day.

5. On August 27, 2014, the Defendant, at the post office of the pertinent official university, delivered 30 square meters to the above C via the post office pentter, and received KRW 150,000 from C to the said agricultural bank account at around 16:32 on the same day, and traded pentters.

6. On September 30, 2014, the Defendant, at the post office of the pertinent official university around 12:19, delivers 60 square meters to the above E, to the post office of the said official university, and at around 13:19 on the same day.
