Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, on August 1, 2017, up to 369 of 2018, posted a false statement to the effect that “as access to the NAV carpet country”, Defendant A sold the compact 104R2, which reads “as access to the NAF country,” and sent money to the NA and the NAF account in the name of F (Account Number: G).”

However, even if the defendant A received money from the victims, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods.

Nevertheless, Defendant A deceiving the victims as above and transferred KRW 305,000,000, in total, from the victim E, to the said agricultural bank account in the name of F around 13:47 on the same day, and from the victim E, KRW 150,000,000, around 22:09, around 155,000 on the same day.

Accordingly, Defendant A acquired a total of KRW 305,000 through two times.

On November 6, 2017, Defendant A made a false statement to the victimJ, “A sells Mada 180 Z radio luminous equipment” by accessing NAV to the “highest country” located in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu, U.S., and “A transfers Mada 180 Z to the post office account.”

However, in fact, Defendant A did not have the above luminous devices and did not have any intention or ability to send the goods to the victim.

Defendant

A, as above, deceiving the victim and received 20,000,000 won from the post office account (Account Number:K) under the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim, from February 3, 2018, from that time, by deceiving the victims on a total of 23 occasions, as shown in Appendix I, from February 3, 2018.

Accordingly, Defendant A was provided property by deceiving victims.
