A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with low bid in violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act;

On December 18, 2019, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.108% 0.108%, and led the front side road C in front of the Gu Council at his own city to the Cheongcheon-ro market room at his own government.

2. On December 21, 2019, the Defendant was driving the said B-hand car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.108% from the 1km section from the front road located in E at Speaker-si to the place where the said accident occurred, around December 21, 2019.
