A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim G by the above occupational negligence on the part of the victim I (the victim I (the 61-year old age), who was on the franchis in the above franchis vehicle, for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On the date and time set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.167% of the blood alcohol concentration from the front of K adjacent L in the J of Sinpo City to the front of D in the same city as D in the same city C.
