Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 29, 2018, at around 03:15, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion: (a) on the road located in Suwon-si B, the victim D (the victim D, 18 years of age) and the male-gu E of his/her female toward the Defendant; (b) the victim’s own hand alone, with the victim’s left side bucks that turn on the Defendant’s way, committed indecent act by compulsion.

Summary of Evidence

1. Witnesses D and E's respective legal statements;

On-site photographs and internal investigation reports (in the situation at the time of dispatch at the site), the Defendant and the defense counsel denied all of the instant crimes, on the ground that the Defendant did not have any buckbucks in the victim D’s spucks, and that there was no buckbucks
