1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 6,228,760 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 6,228,760 to Plaintiff B; (c) KRW 6,228,760 to Plaintiff C; and (d) KRW 5,701 to Plaintiff D.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and the Defendant’s employment relationship are educational foundations that establish and operate the J University located in Jinju-si (hereinafter “instant university”), and the Plaintiffs are appointed as professors of the instant university (the Plaintiff G is an assistant professor) and work until now.

B. The Defendant’s amendment of its articles of incorporation 1) The provisions pertaining to remuneration of teachers in the Defendant’s articles of incorporation before the amendment of the previous articles of incorporation are as follows (hereinafter “instant previous articles of incorporation”).

(2) On January 21, 2015, the Defendant amended the articles of incorporation on January 21, 2015, opening a board of directors on January 21, 2015, thereby amending Article 45 of the articles of incorporation, following a resolution by the board of directors on January 21, 2015.

3) On August 21, 2015, the Defendant, upon receiving a comprehensive audit from the Ministry of Education around August 21, 2015, was notified of the fact that “the payment of remuneration for the faculty of a university is made by preparing separate regulations on remuneration for the faculty of a university” as a local measure. Accordingly, on September 22, 2015, the Defendant opened the board of directors to establish “the Regulations on Remuneration for the Faculty Staff” as follows (hereinafter “instant remuneration regulations”).
