A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2015, from around 02:43 to 03:03, the Defendant taken the pictures of each of the victims of a number of men in distressed name against his/her will, using the recording function of video pictures of the cellphone 6 carrying phones for three times among the victims of a number of men in distressed name.

2. On September 11, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:32, taken video pictures against the Defendant’s will, in the same manner as the places described in paragraph (1), and in a manner as described in paragraph (1), the body of many male victims were taken.

3. On September 12, 2015, from around 00:21 to 00:57, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of many male victims against their will in the places described in paragraph (1), six times in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), and in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).

4. On October 4, 2015, from around 03:09 to 03:51, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of many male victims against their will in the places described in paragraph (1), three times in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), and in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).

5. On October 11, 2015, from around 01:20 to around 01:32, the Defendant taken screen pictures of the two victims of numerous number of men, including the victim E (26 years old) in the place described in paragraph 1, four times in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, and four times in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, against their will.
