A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, etc.) at the Suwon Flag method Board, and completed the execution of the said punishment on January 21, 2016.

1. On April 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into a public use place for sexual purposes) committed an intrusion into a toilet, which is a public use place used by an unspecified number of women, with an aim to satisfy his/her sexual desire, by putting in the toilet of a female 3-story in Ansan-si Group C building at around 00:40 on April 29, 2018.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On April 29, 2018, at around 01:05, the Defendant taken pictures against his/her will, within the female toilets column as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, by inserting the Defendant’s smartphone in the side column in which the victim D (a name, leisure, age 29) took a meltion of the victim’s appearance in the video screen, and taking the victim’s appearance in the video screen from around 00:40 on the same day to 01:08 on the same day, from around 00:1 to 01:08 on the same day, the Defendant took pictures of the victim’s appearance that may cause sexual humiliation over 16 times per annum, such as a list of crimes No. 1 to 16.

B. On April 28, 2018, around 18:13, the Defendant: (a) taken pictures against the victim’s body part, such as the victim’s body part, which might cause a sense of sexual shame on a total of six occasions, by inserting smartphones of the Defendant inside the Kameras, in a white bridge in the Kameras, in order to satisfy his/her own sexual desire; and (b) taking pictures of the victim’s body part of the body body part in the part of the victim’s body, which was stored in the Kameras in a Kameras, in a video bridge with the victim’s name in a white tameras; and (c) from around that time to 21:24 of the same day, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s will, such as the victim’s body part, which might cause a sense of sexual humiliation on a total of six occasions,
