A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3. On August 19, 2016, the Defendant driven CK7 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 2 km from the YYadong Hospital at the Yadong Hospital at the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the 3rd complex of the same Dong-ro 537 East-ro 537.
