A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 7, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving a Cpote car under the influence of alcohol by at least 0.223% without obtaining a driver’s license from the commercial area located in the Gpocheon-dong, Gpocheon-si, Gpool-do to the end of the 1km-do 1137-10, and without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On October 28, 201, the Defendant is a person who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of KRW 2,50,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam Branch on the ground of a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a request for a summary order on June 19, 2012 to the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on at least two occasions.

On March 31, 2013, at around 23:59, the Defendant driven a vehicle C in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.198% without obtaining a driver’s license in the area of about 8km-dong Geum-dong Geumdong, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Sungnam-si, and Sungnam-si.

3. Around 11:20 on August 20, 2013, the Defendant was driving a Dokman car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Samsung Digital Street, which is located in Yong-si, Young-si, Young-si, Samsung Digital Street, to the front day of the shooting distance at the entrance of the small town located in the same Gu and Dong as the previous 500 meters away from the vehicle driving license.
