Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2019, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 15 km section from the front of the Goung-gu Office located in the Goak-gu Office to the C parking lot located in the Gosi-si population B.
