A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

1. At around 17:00 on July 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had been engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim J(20 years of age) and the victim was under drinking alcohol at the “I week” located in the Busan J in the Busan J on July 5, 2013; (b) had been placed in the Defendant’s house, where the victim was aware of the fact that the victim had been prepared in advance at the Defendant’s house, and was unable to know the fact that the victim was under the influence of drinking in the Defendant’s house; (c) on the same day, around 19:00 on the part of the victim, the victim was sexual intercourse once by taking advantage of the victim’s condition that the victim was unable to know the number of treatment days; and (d) had the victim suffered from sexual intercourse with the wife’s injury that could not be known.

3. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On June 21, 2013, at around 23:23:23, the Defendant discovered the victim’sO (here, 19 years of age) that was located in the N cafeteria M in Busan, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by using the victim’s chest by using the victim’s knife and knife the victim’s knife, and by using both knife.
