A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On July 3, 2015, at around 03:18, the Defendant discovered that the victim C (the age of 30) sits in the summer and is in a mobile phone call at the front city B lending at the front city, and that the victim C (the age of 30) was hiding in the summer, and then concealed it into the road behind the studio above the studio, and then was frightd against the victim’s own will and panty sound, and led the victim to the Defendant’s sexual intercourse by bringing about the Defendant’s hands down.

B. On July 31, 2015, around 03:50 on July 31, 2015, the Defendant discovered that the victim E (here, 24 years of age) walked around the studio entrance in the front city, and subsequently, found that the said victim was entering the studio in the front studio, and then, the said victim was out of his own panty and pantyty as soon as possible, and the victim was able to open the entrance in the front studio, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by leaving the stude to the victim by hand.

C. On September 8, 2015, at around 03:50 on September 8, 2015, the Defendant found that the victim G (n, 30 years of age) walked in the middle stairs between the first floor and the second floor in the Yancheon-gu Fro-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as: (a) admitting that the victim G (n, and 30 years of age) walked in the middle stairs; and (b) putting about 50 meters away; (c) putting the stud door password out between the vehicles parked in the vicinity, and (d) putting the entrance off between the vehicles parked in the vicinity, and putting the victim out, and putting the stud in the stude, and putting the stud in the stud, thereby forcing the victim into force.

2. Around August 7, 2015, the Defendant found that a female under his/her name flusium H was married in front of the Yansan-si in the front of the front city of the front city of the Republic of Korea, and publicly obscene act was conducted in a public place, such as revealing his/her own will and panty to the flusium, and showing the sex towards the said female.
