A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2019, around 00:50 on July 4, 2019, the Defendant found that the victim D (n, 24 years of age) was prone in front of C in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim, by inducing the victim to make the victim himself/herself and raising the victim’s chest in both hands.

On July 8, 2019, around 02:05 on July 8, 2019, the Defendant discovered that the victim G (n, 22 years of age) was coming from the street in front of the Seoul Jung-gu E Apartmentdong, Jung-gu, Seoul, and found the victim’s back to the victim, brought the victim’s own, brought the victim’s chest into one’s own, knife the victim’s chest into one’s own, knife the victim’s chest into one’s own, and knife the victim’s chest by force.
