A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and a fine not exceeding 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2019, around 13:50 on July 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties of performance of official duties; (b) on the northwest of the first floor of the C community service center located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (c) on the part of the C community service center, the Defendant ran away from D, a social service personnel belonging to the C community service center, while drinking in Seo-gu; (d) on the part of the C community service center while drinking in Seo-gu, the Defendant assaulted D with D twice his face; and (e) assaulted E on the part of E, who is a public official for a fixed-term period of service.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by public officials on civil petition affairs.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

A. On July 23, 2019, the Defendant, from around 10:30 on July 23, 2019 to 11:20 on the same day, committed the act of disturbance in the state of drinking at the public service center, for about 50 minutes, such as: (a) from around 10:30 to around 11:20 on the second floor of the above C community service center; (b) from around 2019, a public official F and f who works therefor; and (c) a public official who works therefor; and (d) a public official f and flacing him at the public service center.

B. Around July 24, 2019, the Defendant committed an act of disturbance in the state of drinking at the public service center, which is a government office, for about five minutes, by pointing out the solidness, i.e., “p., chron fe,” at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

C. (2) On July 24, 2019, the Defendant took custody of the written statement to the G box of Seoul Yongsan Police Station on the grounds as indicated in paragraph (1) on July 14, 2019, and followed up the relevant persons and police officers who prepared the written statement, saying, “I see that I will see this son, sponse, sponse, and do not open,” and then I am out the tables within the police box, and then I see that I am the Defendant’s water while refusing it without drinking it, and that I am the Defendant’s water.”
