A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on May 27, 2014, at the “D” restaurant operated by the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Victim C (Min, 50 years old) located in Gangnam-gu, “Chewing years, dead, and discarded” to the victim.

On August 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 08:00 around August 24, 2014, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the insult and work; (c) even though there were many people in around the restaurants listed in paragraph (1) around around 08:0, the Defendant sent the victim a large amount of disturbance “for the same year as a day-to-day, a day-to-day, a day-to-day, a day-to-day;” and (d) prevented customers from entering the said restaurant by up to 12:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim and interfered with the victim's restaurant operation by force.

4. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from around 07:46 on September 19, 2014 to around 08:02 on the same day, the Defendant: (b) expressed that, although there were many people in around the restaurants listed in paragraph (1) from around 07:46 on September 19, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant from entering the said restaurants, the Defendant: (c) expressed that “I am booming the victim; (d) the period during which she would spawned; and (d) prevented customers who intend to enter the said restaurants from entering the said restaurants.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim and interfered with the victim's restaurant operation by force.

5. On January 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the insult and business of the Defendant; (b) even though there were several people entering the surrounding restaurant from around 06:00 on January 17, 2015 to around 09:00 on the same day, the Defendant is free of charge the victim despite the victim’s accompanying from around the restaurant specified in paragraph (1).
