A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On January 1, 2017, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) stated that “E” is “E” operated by the victim D (at around 61 years of age) in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul; (b) entered the said restaurant while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant had been unable to avoid disturbance for about 20 minutes on the ground that the victim, who already knows that “I will not drink because I would drink because I would drink; and (c) I would am at the restaurant, I would like to say that I would like to say that “I would am alcohol because I would dice, I would am alcohol, and I would am at the restaurant.”

B. On February 19, 2017, at around 11:40, the Defendant: (a) entered the above restaurant in the “E” restaurant in the state of alcohol, and had been able to avoid disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as: (b) the Defendant had been able to hear the horses from the victim; (c) the Defendant “no drinking, fluoring the horses, fluoring the horses, fluoring the horses; and (d) fluoring the horses.”

On February 22, 2017, at around 10:10, the Defendant: (a) sought to enter the restaurant under the influence of alcohol in the above restaurant; (b) however, the Defendant was refused to enter the said restaurant from the injured party; (c) said, “hinginging off the entrance by drinking at a large amount and walking the entrance by drinking, and walking on the entrance,” and (d) continued to sit in the entrance, and (e) was able to avoid disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant was unable to enter the restaurant, while entering the restaurant under the influence of alcohol, and (b) the Defendant was able to avoid the disturbance of approximately 20 minutes by stating that “hing the entrance into the restaurant.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force over three times in total.

2. The Defendant, who violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act on February 22, 2017, is under the influence of alcohol while being arrested as a current offender of interference with duties in the New Police Station located in the Seoul Western Police Station located in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, as a flat tunnel, at around 10:30 on February 22, 2017.
