A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months for a crime of No. 2 in the judgment of the defendant, and imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 2907] On August 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months with prison labor for an attempted special larceny in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 27, 2015.

On November 21, 2014, at around 02:18, the Defendant: (a) laid the locker in front of the “G” restaurant operated by the members E and the second floor victim F; (b) laid down the locker in the door cresh; (c) cut off the wire connected to the money receiver located in the camera, cut it into the toilet, cut it to the toilet, and cut the said money receiver into the toilet; and (d) cut the said money receiver by opening the said money receiver using the Raber in the main room, and cut down KRW 150,000 in cash.

As stated in the list of crimes in attached Form, the Defendant, as well as the content of the list of crimes, committed 12 times from around that time to August 2016, thereby stealing money and valuables worth KRW 756,000 in total, or attempted money and valuables.

[2016 Highest 3133] On July 4, 2016, the Defendant entered the 1st floor entrance into the H of Ansan-si, Seoul-si, and intruded on the 4th floor, and then cut off the 100,000 won of the market price owned by the victim I, who was in front of the 4.17 suspender 4.17 square meters in front of the 4.17 Gobugian, the victim I, who was in front of the 4.17 suspender 1,00 won in front of the 4,00 Won-gu, the market price of the same victim owned by the same reading center. On the 3rd floor of the same house, the Defendant cut off the 1st half of the market price in the J-U.S. owned by the victim who was in front of the 310 Kabug.
