1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The deceased K’s family relationship 1) The deceased K (Death around October 1990) and his spouse’s deceased L (Death around March 1990) were M, network N, Plaintiff B, C, networkO, Plaintiff D, and Plaintiff A as his child. 2) Of the above children, the deceased N had Defendant I, Defendant J between Defendant H and his spouse, and the deceasedO maintained Plaintiff E, Plaintiff F, and Plaintiff G between the spouse’s deceased P and the deceased.

3) As the deceased on October 1990, M, network N, Plaintiff C, networkO, Plaintiff D, and Plaintiff A inherited one-seven (1/7) property of the deceased on and after M, network N, Plaintiff C, networkO, Plaintiff D, and Plaintiff A donated 1/7 of their respective shares of inheritance to Plaintiff A in around 2015. 4) After the deceased on and around July 2007, M inherited 1/7 of the network N’s shares of inheritance to the Defendants, and as the network N and spouse P died, 1/7 of the networkO’s shares of inheritance was inherited to Plaintiff E, Plaintiff F, and Plaintiff G (final shares of inheritance 1/21).

5) Accordingly, the Plaintiffs’ final inheritance portion is as indicated in the shares of inheritance by Plaintiff 2, and the family relationship of the network K of this case is as indicated in the family relationship of [Attachment 3] K. B. Each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each land of this case”) is specified in the separate sheet No. 1, and where a specific need arises, it is specified in the separate sheet No. 1.

(B) After the death of the network N on July 24, 1990, the registration of ownership transfer was made on July 23, 1990. (3) The land of paragraphs 1, 2, and 4 of this case among the land of paragraphs 1 and 4 of this case was registered to Defendant H on February 19, 2008, and the land of paragraphs 3 of this case was registered to Defendant I on July 4, 2007, respectively.

Since September 30, 2013, the land stipulated in Paragraph 4 of this case was registered for the transfer of ownership on September 27, 2013 to Defendant J on September 30, 2013.

2) The land of Paragraph 5 of this case, which is the land of Paragraph 5 of this case, is the name of Q on March 31, 1930.
