1. The Plaintiff:

A. Of the real estate listed in Attachment 1 List 1, each point of Attached Form 7, 8, 69, 7 is followed.

1. Factual basis

A. On February 4, 1932, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of K on February 4, 1932, with respect to the land of 3967 square meters and J woodland 4364 square meters (hereinafter “each forest of this case”) in the Gyeongbuk-gu, Gyeongbuk-do, Gan-gun, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 15, 1940.

B. After that, following the death of M and N in the order, each forest of this case was inherited to the Plaintiff, etc., and as some inheritors donate their shares to the Plaintiff, the ownership transfer registration under the name of the Plaintiff was made with respect to shares of 29/33 out of each forest of this case as at the time when certain inheritors donate their shares to the Plaintiff.

C. Meanwhile, each of the instant forests was divided into several parcels in the state where the ownership transfer registration under the name of the deceased M was completed, and a new parcel number was newly registered as State-owned land in 1957, and registration of preservation of ownership was made in the name of the Defendant Republic of Korea in around 1958, apart from registration under the name of the deceased M.

그 후, 이 사건 각 임야 중 위와 같이 신규등록된 각 토지는 분필ㆍ농지분배ㆍ경지정리 등의 절차를 거쳐 현재 별지2 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 ㄱ부분부터 ㅎ1부분에 이르기까지 그 지번이 정리되었으며, 그 중 이 사건 별지 목록 기재 각 부동산과 관련하여 경료된 등기는 아래 표 기재와 같다.
