Punishment of the crime

[2] On November 6, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years and a fine of 300,000 won for larceny, etc. on August 6, 2002 at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years and a fine of 300,000 won for the same offense in the same court on February 26, 2003. [Criminal facts]

1. On August 7, 2017, at around 08:00, the Defendant was in front of the Victim E’s house located in D at the time of resident stay, and opened a window after the unlocked house and intruded into the house, and subsequently, the Defendant stolen, with approximately two million cash, the victim who was in the west on his/her inner book, and one gold flag, and one gold flag, which was in the market price in the west of his/her sexual harassment.

2. On August 16, 2017, at the time of stay at around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a door door door door of the entrance without locking and intruded into the house; and (b) cut off with approximately KRW 350,000,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the bank.

On August 16, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the house of the Victim K located in J at the time of stay; (b) opened and intruded into the house of the Victim K; and (c) cut off with approximately 1.50,000 won in cash, which is the ownership of the victim in the inside and outside of the said place.

5. The Defendant is staying L during the period from September 25, 2017 to October 30 of the same month.
