A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the victim’s house at the victim’s house through an inner window that was not corrected in front of the victim’s house located in Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun; and (b) stolen the victim’s house at the market price of 24 K mp, which was kept in the said house at the front of the Plaintiff’s house located in the said house, with one string of 24 K mp.
2. On September 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim’s house room at the victim’s house by the front entrance behind the entrance that was not corrected; (b) on September 15, 2017, the market price of approximately KRW 200,000,000, the victim’s house located in the living room was 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00, and00,00,
30,000 won was stolen.
3. On October 13, 2017, the Defendant invadedd the Victim H’s house located in G G G G G G G G G G G G of the G G G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the G of the M. On the other hand, the Defendant stolen the Defendant with approximately KRW 30,000,000,000,000, which were owned by the victim under custody in the inside and outside of the Gu, and with 1,000,000,000,000 won, respectively, and 1,000,000,000 won.
4. On October 20, 2017, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim’s house inside and outside of his house through the front door door door, which was not corrected; and (b) stolen with a 500,000 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession in his/her custody in his/her inner region; and (c) a 18K gold bullion, which was the victim’s interest in his/her market price; and (d) the Defendant stolen with a 500,000 won in cash, which was in his/her custody in his/her inner region.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence four times in total, and stolen the victims' property.
