Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 532-1] Defendant A purchased 7 mobile phones totaling KRW 6,570,000,000, total market price of which O stolen from N University located in Nam-gu, Busan at night to December 2012, 2013, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing 20,000,000 won of the victim P, knowing that the market price of the victim P, which was stolen by O, was 9,000,00 won around Busan around night hours, while Defendant A purchased 7 mobile phones totaling 6,570,00,000 won of the market price, as shown in Table 1 of Crimes List.
[2013 Highest 770] Defendant A
1. On August 2012, 02: (a) around 02:10, Busan, Qu building 203, which was the stolen stolen R, purchased a gallon phone (cambly equivalent to KRW 9.80,00,00) owned by the victim S, with the knowledge of the fact, in KRW 2.10,000,000 from T.
2. On September 2012, 2012, the gallon juS2 mobile phone (cambly equivalent to 850,000 won) owned by the injured party, which was stolen by R in Busan, Busan, Nam-gu Q building 203, was knowingly purchased from T in KRW 110,000,000, and acquired stolen goods.
3. On September 7, 2012, around 22:10, 2012, the gallon road owned by the victim V, which is the stolen property that was stolen by R in Busan, Busan, the gallon road (or equivalent to one million won at the market price), the gallon road owned by the victim W, the gallon road (or equivalent to 600,000 won at the market price), the gallon road owned by the victim X (or equivalent to 990,000 won at the market price), the gallon road owned by the victim X, and the gallon road (or equivalent to 200,000 won at the market price) acquired the stolen property
4. On September 11, 2012, around 17:30, Busan, Qu Building 203, the victim Z, which was a stolen stolen object, purchased a cell phone (or a market price equivalent to KRW 900,000,00) from T with the knowledge of the fact that the cell phone was acquired in KRW 1.80,000,000.
5. Gallon-gallon cellular phone (on September 12, 2012, at around 17:30,000 won) owned by the injured party AA, which is a stolen stolen property by R in accordance with Article 203 of the Nam-gu Q building 203, Nam-gu, Busan, Seoul, shall be KRW 2.30,00 won from T with the knowledge of the fact.
