A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On October 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months for committing a crime of violating the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes. On November 19, 2010, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Military Service Act. On August 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the said Act at the same court on August 19, 2011 and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for the same crime, and the said suspended sentence became final and conclusive on October 21, 2011, and completed the execution of each of the said suspended sentence at the government prison on February 13,

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the victim D (nive, 19 years of age) in front of the house of the victim C at the night and around the night, and then stolen the victim D’s clothes at the market price equivalent to 40,000 won, which is located in the head of the West-gu where the victim D was located, by putting the victim’s clothes at the market price of 40,000 won and panty.

2. On July 2016, at night, the Defendant invadedd the said victim D’s residence at the same location as that of the preceding paragraph in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph at night, and stolen the victim D’s clothes 80,000 won at the market price, which is located in the head of the West, e.g., women’s house (bree, panty), 80,000 won.

3. On August 4, 2017, at the same place as the above No. 1.10, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the residence of the said victim D and his mother victim E (n, 50 years old); (b) attempted to commit theft of the market price of victims E owned by the victim E in a small room head of the U.S.; (c) had the victim E, the husband of the victim E, escaped from the Roman house to the large room; and (d) had attempted to escape from the above civilian retail line, and had the victim E, the husband of the victim E, went to the large room; and (e) did not go to the attempted crime.
