A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a marina business with the trade name “C” at the time of resident stay.

From May 3, 2015 to May 18, 2015, the Defendant had five rooms with a total size of 30 square meters, employed two female employees from a single-speak, and received KRW 1,50,000 per day from the employees in return for the payment of 90,000 won from the said female employees, and assisted the said female employees to engage in the act of similarity between a single-speed female employee and a single-speed female employee.
