A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the above judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates a marina business with the trade name "D" in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the third floor, and is equipped with six smuggling rooms and one shower room, etc., where he/she receives half of 90,000 won to each customer, and employs E, etc. as female employees on condition that he/she pays half of 80,000 won to each customer, and require E to find the above business place on October 20, 2014 and to have sexual intercourse with male guests who have taken place around the day from January 2013 to October 20, 2014.

Until 23:50, female employees had male customers engage in sexual intercourse with male customers and received the price.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
