Punishment of the crime

The Defendant purchased a hacking account on the Internet skin (www.pmang.com) website from the Chinese Seaer using “B” where his name is unknown, and then employed D and E to install a remote control program on the PC to avoid intellectual property investigation, etc., and the Defendant attempted to gain profits by way of remote adjustment of computers D and E from the Chinese Seaer’s offsite to the account purchased from the Chinese Seaer’s offline, and moving the game money on the account to the “F” account using the Defendant’s use, and returning the game money to the game money exchange.

1. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information;

(a) No one shall knowingly receive any divulged personal information for profit or any unlawful purpose;

Nevertheless, around February 20, 2012, the Defendant purchased an account on the website containing 10,750 won and received as Hotma mail mail, from February 20, 2012 to February 20, 2012, for the game money, which was hackinged by the French Maritime Maritime Rasker using G (a separate name: H) at the PC room located in Busan YY-gu.

5. Until July 1, 200, three not less than 118 account names (G), account names J (C) and account names K (L) were remitted to three Chinese seamen using account names (L) and 20,036,290 won were provided by the network site accounts.

Accordingly, the Defendant knowingly received personal information for profit as seen above with knowledge of the divulged circumstances.
