Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000, and Defendant C by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is aware of the divulgence of personal information, shall receive such personal information for profit or for any other wrongful purpose;

Nevertheless, Defendant A, at around March 6, 2015, up to 18:50 on March 6, 2015, up to 18:50 on the Internet NAV's high-speed car page, was provided with I Internet NAV ID, password, name, and cell phone number printed out from ID'H called "G", which was disclosed from the Internet NAH due to the use of computers, around March 6, 2015, for the purpose of making profits. In addition, Defendant A was provided with the Internet NAV ID, password, and cell phone number printed [Attachment] from March 6, 2015 to March 1, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes [Attachment]

4. By October, 198, 33 personal information was provided in succession.

As a result, the Defendant knowingly received personal information divulged from others for profit or for an unlawful purpose.

2. Defendant B

(a) No one shall knowingly receive any divulged personal information for profit or any unlawful purpose;

Nevertheless, Defendant B received, on March 18, 2015, 11:16, 2015, the advertisement of used cars on the Internet NAV B’s account as a used car on the other party’s account, using a computer from the Internet NAD ID H, which was disclosed from the Internet NAH, on March 18, 2015, in the offline of the "K," which was located in Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. In addition, Defendant B received through hosting the Internet NAD ID, password, name, cell phone number from March 18, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes [Attachment] from March 18, 2015 to the same year

3. 22. Total number of 19 personal information was provided in succession.

As a result, the Defendant knowingly received personal information divulged from others for profit or for an unlawful purpose.
