A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
On February 16, 2019, the Defendant, along with B, C, and D (the Seoul Central District Court on March 27, 2019, detained each by special larceny, etc.) stated that C’s E- which was driven within a place where it is impossible to identify a place that does not exceed the Seoul Central District Court, stolen the cell phone, etc. of a private letter or customer, and used it by dividing it into the cost of living, such as the Defendant’s fee for public notice.
1. In collusion with B, C, and D, the Defendant acquired economic benefits by making data processed by inputting information without authority into the data processing device such as computer.
