1. Special larceny;
A. At around 02:23 on May 14, 2014, Defendant A’s special larceny Defendant A, E, F, and G: (a) boarded and arrived at the front of the “J” mobile phone sales store operated by the victim I at the port north-gu Ha; (b) G waiting in the said vehicle; (c) G, while waiting in the said vehicle; and (d) Defendant A, E, and F opened the entrance at several times; (c) Defendant A, E, and F entered the said sales store with approximately KRW 16,890,50 of the market price owned by the victim.

B. At around 04:43 on May 16, 2014, Defendant A’s special larceny and E, F, L, and M entered and arrived at the “PP” mobile phone sales store operated by the victim O located in Nam-gu N at port at port, and, at the same time, F, L, and M are waiting in the said vehicle, and they reported the network while waiting in the said vehicle.
