【Criminal Power】 On August 30, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution for obscenity in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 7, 2018, and is currently under suspended execution.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 23, 2019, around 01:37, the Defendant: (a) intruded the studio 1st floor corridor through a studio that was not corrected without permission; (b) had a 10,000 U.S. market price, which was owned by the victim at night, in front of the studio in which the victim C resides; and (c) had a 10,000 U.S. market price, which was owned by the victim at night.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On November 16, 2019, at around 22:22, the Defendant entered the residence of the victims 31 times in total, from the above date to December 19, 2019, the Defendant deemed female students in front of the studio building residing in Gangnam-si B, C, and E, and infringed upon the victim’s residence through the studio, which was not corrected without permission, for the purpose of self-defense.
