A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 15, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the District Court of the Jung-gu District on May 15, 2018, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Ansan Prison on October 25, 2018. On February 5, 2020, the Incheon District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on May 1, 2020.
