A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around November 13, 2018, the Defendant stolen goods worth KRW 2.850,000,00 in total on 17 occasions from the date of February 12, 2019, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet, at the Dboard shop operated by the victim C in Gangseo-si B market, and at the Dboard shop operated by the victim C, the market price in which the victim was stored, with three maths in the market price equivalent to KRW 200,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. On February 12, 2019, around 02:57, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) opened a dracker lock prepared in advance to steal the life of the victim E in the B market as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) opened a dracker door, and opened a drick door, but did not perform an attempted crime because there was no life line.

3. At night, at around 23:00 on February 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded a victim G-owned vessel at a port preceding the B market as set forth in paragraph (1); (b) invadedd the vessel into the vessel to steal property; and (c) carried the ston, coffee, and spawn on the market price, which is the victim’s ownership.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the victim's vessel.
