A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) committed commercial sex acts by inserting 110,00 won to F (hereinafter “F, 20 years of age”), which he/she came to know through a mobile phone E-mail application at the Defendant’s home located in D apartment No. 1000, 100,000 and inserting his/her sexual organ into F’s sexual organ at around 10,00.
