A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete education to prevent sexual traffic brokerage for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On August 2016, the Defendant, who was parked in the Young-gu D Apartment Underground Parking Lot in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2016, carried out the act of purchasing the sex of juveniles by inserting the Defendant’s fingers in the sexual flag of G (the age of 12 at that time), which is a juvenile who was living alone, through the “F” in the mobile phone-rating cream, and paying KRW 120,000 to G in return.

B. On August 2016, the Defendant, at the end of the foregoing paragraph, committed a sexual intercourse with G, which is a juvenile, such as the place described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and paid KRW 70,000 to G in return, thereby purchasing the sex of juveniles.

On September 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed sexual intercourse with G, a juvenile, such as the places described in the foregoing paragraph, and (b) paid KRW 50,000 to G in return, thereby purchasing the sex of the juvenile.

On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed sexual intercourses with G (13 tax) which is a juvenile as described in the foregoing paragraph, and paid KRW 50,00 to G in return, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a).

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (mediation, etc.), introduced the male who wants to engage in sexual traffic to G, a juvenile who became aware of as described in paragraph 1, and received 4/10 of the sexual traffic price received from the male, as the job placement fee.

On May 13, 2017, the Defendant promised to engage in sexual traffic at H underground parking lots in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with the mobile phone-type “F”, with the mobile phone-type type f, to receive KRW 200,000 and receive KRW 200,00,00, and then sent G to a passenger car with a name-free male parked in the said parking lot.

In addition, G requires G to perform the act of sexual intercourse with that of the above name, and receive KRW 80,00 from the above G to May 30, 2017.
