A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in a three-year relationship with the victim C (the family name, the female, the D's life), the mother of the victim C, E, and the victim.

1. From July 2013 to September 201 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) reported from “G” room located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Namcheon-gu, Seoul to have a knife; (b) reported that his knife victim (at the time 12 years of age) was locked; and (c) posted the victim’s knife while walking on the part of the victim in a non-flife state, the Defendant left the knife of the victim; and (d) posted the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent acts by using that the blood-related victim was in an impossible state of resistance.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (e.g., deceptive scheme) at around 18:00 as of July 2014, the Defendant, at around 18:00, committed sexual intercourse by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ during the victim’s sexual organ, by reporting that the victim (e.g., 13 years of age at the time) was locked, walking up the victim’s name and walking up the victim’s body. The victim did not resist the victimized person despite his/her refusal to do so, “a person who does not want,” and expressed his/her intention of refusal.

Accordingly, the defendant, by force, has sexual intercourse with a child or juvenile victim.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (e.g., deceptive scheme) committed sexual intercourse by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s home located in Y in 02:00 as of January 2016, by reporting that the victim (the age of 15 at that time) was locked at around 02:00, the victim’s home located in the north-west-gu, west-gu, west-gu, west-gu, and entering the door to the door, preventing the victim from resisting the victim’s chest, and preventing the victim from resisting the victim’s chest from resisting the victim’s locked.

Accordingly, the defendant, by force, has sexual intercourse with a child or juvenile victim.
