1. The Defendant indicated in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 39, among the land size of 668 square meters, which is owned by the Defendant, to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff becomes a co-owner of one-third share on January 16, 1997 with respect to the land owned by 9,904 square meters prior to Chuncheon-si (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned land”), and became a co-owner of one-half share on September 27, 2001, and became a sole owner on February 4, 2015.

B. The Defendant is the owner of 668 square meters, 334 square meters, E, 4,968 square meters, 2,129 square meters prior to G, 1,742 square meters prior to H, and 1,402 square meters prior to H (424 square meters, including the above six parcels (hereinafter “Defendant-owned land”).
