1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner and lessor of the building listed in the attached list (hereinafter “I building”). The Defendants are the tenants of some commercial buildings located in I building; Defendant B and C are the trade name; Defendant B and C are the “J” in the leased I building building; Defendant L and H are the trade name; Defendant A is the trade name of “L”; Defendant D is the trade name of “M”; Defendant A is the trade name of “N”; Defendant E is the trade name of “N”; Defendant F is the trade name of “O”; and Defendant G is the trade name of “P”.

B. The lease contract prepared by the Plaintiff and the Defendants at the time of concluding each lease contract for the I building is a contract commonly used by the Plaintiff in the course of concluding the lease contract for the I building, and the remainder of the terms of the contract except for the lease area, lease period, deposit, rent, management fee, etc. are printed in the same letter.
