A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 사기 방조 피고인은 2018. 6. 초순경 인터넷 알바 천국 사이트를 통하여 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원으로부터 메신저 앱 ‘ 위 챗’ 을 통해 지시를 받으며 다른 사람의 체크카드를 택배로 전달 받아 그 체크카드를 이용하여 현금을 인출하고, 인출한 현금을 다시 위 성명 불상 자가 지시하는 계좌로 무통장 입금하는 역할을 하기로 하였고, 당시 피고인은 피고인의 행위가 일명 ‘ 보이스 피 싱’ 범행과 관련되어 있음을 인식하였다.

On June 18, 2018, an employee of the Singishing Tishing clishing clocks by phone to the victim C at an insular location and makes a false statement to the effect that “I may loan to the victim at low interest rate, and in order to do this, I shall repay part of the existing loan and be deposited with a deposit money.” The employee was transferred KRW 5,831,352 from the victims to the Saemaul Cooperative Account (E) in the name of D around June 20, 2018. The Defendant was under the direction of the victim inss name, and the Defendant was in possession of the credit cooperative of the Republic of Korea from the head office of the Saemaeul-gu, Daegu-gu, Busan-gu, Seoul-do, 27:00 on June 20, 2018.

D By using the Saemaeul Credit Card in the name of the Saemaul Bank, 4,300,000 won was withdrawn from the above account and deposited into an account without passbook as instructed by the above person in the name.

From around that time to June 27, 2018, the Defendant, as indicated in attached Table 1 copy of the daily list of crimes (i.e., F G card, which appears to be a clerical error in the F’s name “CF H card”) in light of the following evidence, i.e., six times more, namely, “F. H card”.

2. On June 26, 2018, the Defendant was aware that it was used in a crime in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, and was instructed by the J located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, to engage in the electronic financial transaction upon the instruction of the scar scar scar sculing staff (K, hereinafter “L”).
