The defendant is the driver of the cargo vehicle C.

On August 27, 2013, at around 04:10, the Defendant driven the cargo vehicle at approximately two meters from the front road of the Gambinging Gambling Station in the Chang-si, Sungwon-si to the Sungwon apartment parking lot located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.175%.
