Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2013, at around 22:25, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 10 meters alcohol concentration of approximately 0.054% under the influence of alcohol from a road near a restaurant located in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the front road of the Samsung Motor Vehicle Research Institute located in the same Dong.
